With a rich, plummy flavour that tastes like it’s just been plucked from the hedgerow, it’s also the perfect teatime treat, whether used as a filling for dainty sandwiches or paired with cream on warm home-baked scones.
Made exclusively for Highgrove, our damson jam is produced by hand in Somerset in small batches, using traditional copper pans to preserve the sweet flavour and juicy texture of the fruits. Beautifully packaged in a glass jar, it has a label printed with our new woodcut-style illustrations. Depicting iconic features from Highgrove Gardens, in colours that complement the preserve, they are a lovely souvenir of this special place.
